Treatment and Therapy are offered on 4 different payment plans. Each service are offered in the basis of one month, monthly, 6 months and annually. These payment plans are also in each assessment tool.

*If you are a medicaid recipient and cannot afford costs, please submit your insurance carrier, ID number and we will do our best to waive costs by billing your insurance directly*- PLEASE do this prior to completing the initial evaluation questionnaire.
